Mother & daughter restaurant owners of Mediterranean/Greek fare, fast food style but health conscious, organic ingredients and absolutely delicious old-world recipes.
They wanted a revamped site and a strong online presence as they looked to concentrate on catering.
We did journey maps and customer experience flowcharts, decided to focus on the mother & daughter dynamic, press on the family home-cooking angle as all meals (including salads, soups & desserts) were prepared on premises and not factory bought.
We created a bright, detailed and fun site, easy to use, browse, navigate and order.
Within 2 months of their revamped website being launched they saw a +40% increase in online orders and catering requests through the website. After 6 months, catering demand was so overwhelming that they had to hire additional staff and acquire another location that would be solely used for the catering side of their business.
