I begin all of my projects -regardless of industry or size- with a kick-off discovery session. Learning about the brand, the client's desires, goals, obstacles and vision. Next comes the research phase, learning as much as possible about the field, indsutry, competitors - looking for areas of improvement and untapped potential, discovering what makes the client unique and how to best emphasize and build on that to stand out.
